How do I place an order?

These are the general steps of your shopping journey with us:

  1. Choose your product, add to cart & amend the quantity.
  2. Check order details.
  3. Confirm your shopping cart.
  4. Provide shipping & billing information.
  5. Choose payment options and finalise payment.
  6. You will see the payment transaction status on your screen.
  7. For a successful transaction, we will email you the order confirmation shortly.

Free Delivery

  • Delivery is free for online purchase above S$180, within Singapore only. Otherwise S$32 delivery fee is chargeable.
  • For international and parcel shipping (below 5kg, 1.5 x 1.5 metre), registered parcel delivery is available. Kindly contact e-sales@lifeline.com.sg for more info. Additional charges apply.

Upon receiving your online order, our staff will contact you to schedule the delivery.

Your order will be delivered within 3 working days upon contacting you.

How do I change my shipping details after my order has been placed?

Please drop us an email at e-sales@lifeline.com.sg or contact us at (65)62892062 as soon as you can to inform us of the changes you would like to make. As we work with third party fulfilment services, an additional fee may be incurred to change the shipping address if the order is already on its way.

Additional charges for bulk item delivery and discard services

Bulky items can be challenging to move from one place to another. Making sure the equipment is safely shifted without any damage would mean a successful mission! Hence additional manpower is required to prevent any work injury and damaging to furniture and flooring. Additional charges will apply accordingly on-site if the delivery point does not fit within our standard terms. Contact us for more info.

  • Bulky items includes furniture like beds and equipment above 50kg or exceed 1 metre.
  • There will additional charges if there is no lift access at the delivery address or require climbing of stairs. Please pay the fee directly to the service provider.
  • Separate charges for dismantle, discard and relocation of your current furniture.
