Product and Pricing

  • All materials such as product images and product descriptions are for information and illustration purposes only and are not meant to substitute any professional advice by medical professionals or physicians. You are advised to read carefully all product packaging.
  • Pictures featured may differ from the actual product. Packaging/Upholstery design of certain products may also differ, depending on stock availability.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at our showrooms. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Online Purchase

Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as stated, reject any transaction and/or customer (without prejudice) at any given time at our own discretion.

Payment for all orders shall be made in Singapore dollars.

Additional charges for bulk item delivery and discard services

Bulky items can be challenging to move from one place to another. Making sure the equipment is safely shifted without any damage would mean a successful mission! Hence additional manpower is required to prevent any work injury and damaging to furniture and flooring. Additional charges will apply accordingly on-site if the delivery point does not fit within our standard terms. Contact us for more info.

  • Bulky items includes furniture like beds and equipment above 50kg or exceed 1 metre.
  • There will additional charges if there is no lift access at the delivery address or require climbing of stairs. Please pay the fee directly to the service provider.
  • Separate charges for dismantle, discard and relocation of your current furniture.

Refund Policy

All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected product(s) and quantities set out in your order upon these terms and condition.

Online purchases made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery & Returns

All our products come with 1 year warranty of manufacturer’s defect unless otherwise stated. Keep a copy of the receipt and the warranty card authorised by our outlets.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected product(s) and quantities set out in your order upon these terms and conditions.

Online purchases made are non-refundable, unless out of stock or otherwise stated.

Should any item be defective, we’ll be happy to exchange it. Please email to e-sales@lifeline.com.sg or contact us at (+65)62892062 for assistance and we will get back to you within 5 working days.

We will only accept exchanges provided they meet the following guidelines:

    • For exchanges: Purchases made within 3 days.
    • Proof of purchase: Original invoice / receipt / warranty card.
    • Items must be in original packaging and unused.
    • May subjected to delivery charge if delivery is required for non-faulty item.
    • What do I do if an item from my delivery is missing or defective?

      This is only applicable for faulty items only. May subjected to delivery charge if delivery is required for non-faulty item. Please bring along your copy of the tax invoice or e-mail after your purchase. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your requests.

    • How soon will I receive my refund?

      Refunds may take up to 15 working days. Please note that refund amount is subjected to conditions of the products and cancelled orders may subjected to admin charge.

Warranty

Keep a copy of the receipt and the warranty card authorised by our outlets.

  • Excluding wear and tear parts like upholstery, rubber tips, seat, padding, castors and wheels.
  • On-site and replacement service chargeable.
